General requirements for shackles

1. Shackles should be flat and smooth, no defects such as cracks, sharp edges, and burning are allowed.

2. The use of cast iron or cast steel shackles is prohibited. The buckle can be made of steel forgings, and the shaft pins are processed after forging.

3. No drilling or welding repairs should be tied. Deformations that should not be repaired after buttons and needles.

4. When in use, the buckle and latch should be checked for excessive wear, deformation and fatigue cracks.

5. When using horizontal spacing, the needle must be inserted when the needle cannot be pulled out.

6. After correct installation, the buckle width shaft should not be lowered in the body, and the threaded connection is very good.

7. Use shackles that must not exceed the safe load.
